Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 4783      A Lime tree approximately 8m in height, situated in the rear garden.

Tree ID 4784      A Japanese Maple tree approximately 4m in height, situated in the rear garden.

Tree ID 4785      A Lime tree approximately 12m in height, situated in the rear garden opposite no 138 College Road.

Tree ID 4786      A Yew tree approximately 11m in height, situated in the front garden.

Tree ID 4787      A Yew tree approximately 4m in height, situated in the front garden.

Tree ID 4788      An Oak tree approximately16m in height, situated in the front garden (adjacent to No 8 Fountain Drive).

Tree ID 4789      An Oak tree approximately 9m in height, situated in the front garden, adjacent to Fountain Drive pavement.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 4783      Reduce in height by up to 3.5m back to closest growth point.  Reduce lateral branches by up to 2m back to closest growth point.

Tree ID 4784      Remove deadwood from crown.

Tree ID 4785      Remove dead secondary stem and deadwood crown.

Tree ID 4786      Laterally reduce branches up to 2m away from the property back to closest growth point.  Reduction to tie in southern face of canopy with reduction from property.

Tree ID 4787      Reduce by up to 30cm to reshape crown.

Tree ID 4788      Remove deadwood from the crown.

Tree ID 4789      Remove deadwood from the crown.
