Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T40         A Yew tree approximately 13m in height, situated in the front left-hand corner of the site close to Fountain Drive.  The tree is dying with extensive dieback in the crown.

G5.         A group of self-sown Sycamore trees approximately 10-12m in height, situated to the right-hand side of the site.

T41.        A self-sown Sycamore tree approximately 12m in height, situated adjacent to Fountain Drive and is overhanging the road.  The tree is a badly sited.

T42         A Poplar tree approximately 11m in height, situated at the lower end of the site close to Fountain Drive.  The tree is dead.

Description of Approved Works

T40         Remove and the roots grubbed out.

G5.         One Sycamore stem at the lower end should be removed together with the roots being grubbed out.

T41.        Remove together with the roots grubbed out.

T42.        Remove together with the roots grubbed out.
