Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          An Olive tree approximately 3m in height, situated close to the front left-hand corner of the existing house.  The tree is badly sited.

T4.          A Himalayan Birch tree approximately 5m in height, situated in the centre of the side garden to the left of the existing house.  The tree is badly sited due to the proposed development.

G2.         A small section of the existing 2m high Cypress hedge on the front boundary.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Remove and the roots grubbed out.

T4.          Relocate the tree to a more suitable position.

G2.         Remove small section, together with maintenance work to G24 (Cypress Hedge)

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, replacement trees will be planted under a separate landscaping scheme.
