Proposal:
Species and Location of Trees
T1. A Catalpa tree approximately 12m in height, situated centrally in the rear garden.
T2. A Prunus (subhirtella ‘Autumnalis’) approximately 8m in height, situated in the rear garden on the left-hand boundary.
Description of Approved Works
T1. To improve its shape, carefully trim lateral branches growing towards the house by up to 2m. Prune other overgrown lateral branches around the crown by up to 1.5m, as necessary. Remove dead wood. Maintain the tree's overall height and general form, and ensure branches are pruned at appropriate growth points.
T2. Several significant dead limbs require careful removal throughout the crown together with smaller dead wood. No other pruning required.
