Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 5037:     A Leyland Cypress approximately 7.8m in height, situated in the rear garden.

Tree ID 5038:     A Magnolia tree approximately 3.6m in height, situated in the front garden.  The tree is dead.

Tree ID 5039:     A Magnolia tree approximately 3.6m in height, situated in the front garden.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 5037:     Reduce in height to 6m above ground level and reduce face by up to 50cm.

Perpetual licence to maintain at 6m above ground level every 2 years. To be reviewed every 6 years. Next review 2031

Tree ID 5038:     Remove and replace.

Tree ID 5039:     Tree to be lifted and replanted in October 25-February 26 and replanted in rear garden. New tree to be planted in same location.

Details of Replacement Required

Tree ID 5038:     As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree should be planted in the same location of the front garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:

Shade tolerant ornamental species such as:

Osmanthus armatus –                                (Devilwood

llex aquifolium ‘Argentea Marginata’ –          (Broad-leaved Silver Holly)

Corylus avellana ‘Zellernus’ – Zellernus         (Hazel) (Multi-stem)
