Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 4657.     A Bay Laurel tree approximately 5.7m in height, situated in the rear garden.

Tree ID 4658.     A Silver Birch tree approximately 12.9m in height, situated in the front garden.

Tree ID 4659.     A Silver Birch tree approximately 4.5m in height, situated in the front garden.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 4657.    Reduce to 3.5m above ground level, natural target reduction back to closest growth point.    Perpetual permission to maintain at this new height

Tree ID 4658.     Sectional dismantle and either stump grind or systemically poison (Eco-plug)

Tree ID 4659.     Sectional dismantle and either manual root ball removal or systemic poison application (eco plug). Stump grinding not permitted due to existing RPA of adjacent retained tree.

Details of Replacement Required

Tree ID 4658.   A replacement is not required within front garden as already sufficiently green in front and rear of property.

Tree ID 4659.     No replacement required due to significant existing greening within front and rear garden.
