Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Tree of Heaven approximately 7.5m in height, situated at the end of the front garden against the flank wall of no.41.

T2.          A Wild Plum tree approximately 1.5m in height, situated in the far right-hand corner adjacent to Gilkes Crescent.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Remove.

T2.          Remove and the roots ground out.
