Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

An Oak tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the front garden.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading over part of the house.

Description of Approved Works

Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping, long lateral branches encroaching over the house may be trimmed back by up to 2m by pruning at convenient growth points rather than to the boundary.  The height should be retained.
