Great Brownings, 43
Proposal:
Species and Location of Trees
T1. An Oak tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden. The tree is a little dense and wide-spreading.
T2. Four Cypress trees approximately 6m – 7.5m in height, situated on the front boundary. The trees are a little tall.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary shortening of long lateral branches encroaching towards nos42 and 43. The height and basic shape should be retained. It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.
T2. Reduce in height and round off at approximately 5m. Side growth should also be clipped back as much as possible whilst retaining green foliage and not exposing the inner dead wood.
