Proposal:

Species and Location of Tree

An Ornamental Cypress tree approximately 6m in height, situated very close to the rear left hand corner of the house.  The tree is sited too close to the house with one branch of the tree causing structural damage to the property.

Description of Approved Works

Remove in its entirety or prune back from the house and re-shape as necessary.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  The garden is well stocked with trees.
