Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Silver Birch tree approximately 5m in height, situated on the bottom left-hand corner of the rear garden.  The tree is dead.

T2.          A Conifer tree approximately 6m in height, situated in the front garden close to the road.  The tree is a little tall.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Remove.

T2.          Reduce in height by up to 1.5m including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  The garden is well stocked with trees.
