Proposal:

A Mexican Pine tree approximately 12m in height, situated close to the bottom left-hand corner of the rear garden.  The tree is too large for a small rear garden.

Remove and the stump poisoned.

A replacement tree is not required as the garden is well stocked with mature trees.
