Proposal:

Species and Location of Tree

A Cherry tree, twin stemmed from the base and approximately 10m in height, situated in the rear garden adjacent to Carver Road.  The tree is a little dense and wide-spreading.

Description of Approved Works

Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood, lifting of low branches, and necessary re-shaping.  The height and spread should be reduced by up to 3m all round.  The tree is leaning away from the road and the emphasis should be on thinning the leaning side a little more in order to redress the balance.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.
