Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A poorly shaped Cypress tree approximately 3m in height, situated in a central location on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.

T2.          A Bay tree approximately 2.5m in height, situated in a central location 3.5m from the bottom boundary of the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Remove and the stump ground out.

T2.          Remove and the roots grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  The garden is well stocked with trees.
