Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Eucalyptus tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary midway down the rear garden.

T2.          A Silver Birch tree approximately 16m in height, situated in the bottom left-hand corner of the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Reduce all round to previous pruning points, including the removal of any dead wood and necessary re-shaping.

T2.          Low branches to be lifted to provide more light to the garden.
