Species and Location of Tree

A Holly tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden opposite the flank wall of the house.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.

Description of Approved Works

Reduce in height by up to 1.5m together with the side growth trimmed back proportionally, in order to provide a more compact specimen and formal shape.  Base growth may also be removed.
