Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         A Eucalyptus tree approximately 4m in height, situated on the right-hand side midway down the rear garden.  The tree is leaning at an acute angle.

T2.         A row of Cypress trees approximately 6m in height, growing as a large hedge along the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Remove and the roots grubbed out.

T2.         Reduce in height by up to 1.5m and clip to shape.
