Proposal:

Species and Location of Tree

A Cypress tree approximately 12m in height, and two adjacent Cypress trees approximately 9m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The trees are far too large for a small garden.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the roots grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removals of the above, four replacement trees are to be planted in a suitable location of the rear garden and below is the agreed specie:

Betula jacquemontii       (Silver Birch)

The trees will be planted multi-stemmed from the base and at a minimum height of 3m.
