Proposal:

An Ash tree approximately 1.5m in height, situated on the side boundary of the rear garden.
The tree is very dense, wide-spreading and low growing.

Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary lifting of low branches
including a very large bough overhanging into the garden of the neighbouring property at
no.8. The height and basic shape are to be retained. It is important to prune branches at
convenient growth points, rather than an all round reduction or pollarding which is not
permitted.
