Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         A Laburnum tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the left-hand side of the driveway.  The tree is leaning across the driveway.

T2.         A Lime tree approximately 10m in height, situated in the front left-hand corner adjacent to Lovelace Road.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Remove by felling at the base.

T2.         Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood, numerous water shoots, and necessary re-shaping. The height and basic shape should be retained.  Selected branches may be removed by pruning at the main trunk, however, it is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  The garden is well stocked with trees.
