Specie and Location of Tree

A Sorbus tree situated in the communal path has lifted the paving and creates a trip hazard.

Description of Approved Works

The tree is to be retained and crown thinned by 15%.

The effected paving slab should be removed and the gravel surrounding the base of the tree extended as necessary.  If the damage continues the surface roots causing the damage should be cut back as necessary and the paving re-laid to an even surface
