Species and Location of Trees
As referenced on report by ISC Trees Ltd dated 4 June 2019.
T10. A Cherry tree approximately 9m in height, situated close to the rear of the block. The tree is a little tall and dense.
T5-7. A line of Cypress trees including a small Holly tree, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden. The trees are a little wide spreading.
T9. A Cherry tree approximately 5m in height.
T1. A Lime tree approximately 15m in height, situated in the front garden close to the main road. The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.
Description of Approved Works
T10. Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood, lifting of low branches and shortening of long laterals. The height may also be reduced by up to 3m although the basic shape should be retained. It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.
T5-7. Low branches to be lifted and trimmed back as necessary.
T9. Lightly thin and shape together with low branches being lifted as necessary.
T1. Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood, and necessary trimming back from the building and from over Croxted Road. The height and basic shape should be retained. It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points.
