Specie and Location of Tree

An Amelanchier tree approximately 6m in height, situated in the front garden.  The tree is a little slender and somewhat ‘leggy’.

Description of Approved Works

Remove.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a suitable location of the front garden and below is the agreed specie:

Amelanchier lamarckii   

The new tree should be planted this planting season between November 2021 and March 2022 with a 14-16cm girth at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 3m
