Species and Location of Trees
A twin-stemmed Eucalyptus tree approximately 4-5m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary midway down the rear garden. The tree is poorly shaped which could become dangerous.
Description of Approved Works
Remove and the roots grubbed out.
Details of Replacement Required
As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a convenient location of the rear garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:
Amelanchier lamarckii (Snowy Mespilus)
Crataegus ‘Paul’s Scarlet’ (Crimson May tree)
Arbutus unedo (Strawberry tree
