Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.       A group of 7 Yew trees approximately 3m – 5m in height, situated on the bottom boundary adjacent to the rear side boundary of 53 College Road.  The trees are too tall and out of shape.

T2.       A self-sown Sycamore sapling approximately 7.5m in height, situated in the bottom left-hand corner of the rear garden and to the rear of 53 College Road.  The tree is badly sited.

Description of Approved Works

T1.       Reduce in height to a uniform 3m and the sides clipped back to a vertical line and maintained as a more formal hedge.

T2.       Remove and the stump either ground out or poisoned.
