Species and Location of Trees
T1. A multi-stemmed Hazel Nut tree approximately 6m in height, situated in a central location of the side garden to the right-hand side.
T2. A Hazel Nut tree similar to (T1) above, situated to the left-side boundary of the side garden to the right hand-side.
T3. A multi-stemmed Hazel Nut tree approximately 4m in height, situated in the bottom right-hand corner l of the side garden to the right-hand side.
T4. Two Portugal Laurel trees approximately 10m in height, situated in a central location of the side garden to the right-hand side.
T5. An Ash tree approximately 18m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden. The tree is a little dense.
T6. A Prunus tree approximately 16m in height, situated a little further down the garden on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden. The tree is a little dense.
T7. An Ash tree approximately 18m in height, situated on the left-hand side towards the bottom of the rear garden. The tree is a little dense.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Remove and the roots grubbed out.
T2. Reduce in density to by 50% to form a more compact specimen.
T3. Remove and the roots grubbed out.
T4. Both trees should be retained and low branches lifted to approximately 5m from ground level.
T5. Crown thin by 25% including the removal of dead wood, water shoots and necessary re-shaping. The height and basic shape should be retained. It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.

None. Replacement trees are not necessary as the garden is well stocked with trees.
