Proposal:

Species and Location of Tree

A Malus tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated in the small front garden.  The tree is a little tall and dense.

Description of Approved Works

Reduce in density by 20% including the removal of dead wood and lifting of low branches, also branches encroaching towards the house may be pruned back to convenient growth points.  The height may be reduced by up to 2.5m by removing the long vertical stems in the upper canopy.
