Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         A Wild Plum tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated in the centre of the rear garden towards the right-hand side.  The tree is becoming too large for its location in a small rear garden

T2.         A Bay tree approximately 4m in height, situated in the rear garden close to the right-hand corner of the house.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Remove and the roots grubbed out.

T2.         Reduce in height by approximately 1m and round off proportionally to form a more compact specimen.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  The garden is well stocked with trees.
