Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

A mature Bay tree approximately 10m in height, situated in the small front garden.  The tree is very dense and wide spreading.

Description of Approved Works

Reduce all round by 1m including the lifting of low wide spreading branches by pruning at the main trunk up to 1m above ground level, and the necessary shaping of the tree. The height may be reduced by up to 2m by pruning at growth points rather than pollarding
