Proposal:
Species and Location of Trees
T1. An Ornamental Cypress tree approximately 4m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the front garden. The tree is in poor condition having lost several branches and is now prone to wind damage.
T2. A Cypress tree approximately 5.5m in height situated close to the bottom right-hand corner of the rear garden. The tree is close to a mature Oak tree and badly sited.
T3. An Oak tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden. The tree is a little dense.
T4. A Cherry tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the bottom boundary to the left-side of the Oak tree (T3). The tree is a little dense and low-growing.
T5. A Cypress tree approximately 3m in height, situated close to the bottom left-hand corner of the rear garden. The tree is leaning at an acute angle.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Remove and the roots grubbed out.
T2. Remove and the roots grubbed out.
T3. Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and Ivy, together with necessary re-shaping. The height and basic shape should be retained. It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.
T4. Three branches overhanging the garden to be removed by severing at the main trunk. No other work is permitted at the present time apart from the removal of dead wood.
T5. Remove and the roots grubbed out.
