Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Cedar tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little low growing over the garden.

T2.          A Pine tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden. 

T3.          A Yew tree approximately 5m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the bottom boundary of the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Remove two low branches encroaching over the garden, trim back to the main trunk including the removal of dead wood.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T2.          Remove one low branch together with the removal of dead wood.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T3.          Low branches to be lifted to provide a clearance of 1.5m from ground level.
