Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         A Yew tree approximately 5m in height, situated close to the right-hand side flank wall of the house.

T2.         A Cypress tree approximately 9m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the front garden close to the corner of the house.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Reduce in height by up to 2m and re-shape for a more compact specimen.

T2.         Trim back from the corner of the property and the guttering and re-shape to form a more compact specimen.  The height and basic shape should be retained.
