Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          An Oak tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the front garden.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.

T2.          A False Acacia tree approximately 12m in height, situated in the centre of the rear garden.  The tree has significant dead wood in the crown.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Lightly thin by 15% including the removal of any dead wood and necessary shortening, also by up to 15%, of branches encroaching over the house, it is important to prune branches at convenient growth points rather than pollarding which is not permitted. The height should be retained.

T2.          Remove all dead wood together with necessary re-shaping
