Species and Location of Trees
T1. A Horse Chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) tree approximately 20m in height, situated to the front boundary with No 2 Champion Hill.
T2. A Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna) tree approximately 4m in height situated to the rear boundary.
T3. A London Plane (Platanus x hispanica) approximately 19m in height, situated on the rear garden boundary with no. 2 Champion Hill.
T4. A London Plane (Platanus x hispanica) approximately 21m in height, situated on the rear garden boundary with no. 2 Champion Hill.
G1. A group of three Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus) approximately 19m in height, situated to the rear boundary with Spring Hill Close.
G2. A group of two Ailanthus (Ailanthus altissima) approximately 19m in height, overhanging the boundary to the front entrance of Spring Hill Close.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Remove deadwood. Provide a 2m clearance to the roof back to suitable growth points. Epicormic growth to be retained.
T2. Crown lift to above head height and deadwood.
T3. Crown lift by the removal of two lowest branches.
T4. Lateral crown reduction to provide a 2m clearance to the roof and side elevation back to suitable growth points. Remove deadwood.
G1. A group of three Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus) approximately 19m in height, situated to the rear boundary with Spring Hill Close.
G2. Crown lift by removing lower lateral branches to 6m back to suitable growth points.
