Proposal:
Species and Location of Trees
T1. A multi-stemmed Wild Plum tree approximately 9m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary towards the bottom of the rear garden. The tree is badly sited.
T2. A triple-stemmed Wild Plum tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated in the bottom right-hand corner of the rear garden between two sheds. The tree is badly sited.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Remove and the stump either ground out or cut below ground level and poisoned.
T2. Remove and the stump either ground out or cut below ground level and poisoned.
Details of Replacement Required
As a condition of the removals of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a convenient location of the rear garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:
Betula jacquemontii (Silver Birch)
Sorbus aucuparia (Rowan)
Carpinus betulus (Hornbeam)
The tree should be planted with a stem girth of between 14-16cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 3.5m.
