Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          Three Cypress trees approximately 12m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden .  The trees are very dense and wide spreading.

T2.          A Silver Birch tree approximately 5m in height, situated close to the house on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Reduce in height by approximately 40% and the side growth cut back as much as possible whilst retaining green foliage and not exposing the inner dead wood.

T2.          No work is necessary apart from the removal of one low hanging branch.  The height and basic shape should be retained.
