Proposal:
Species and Location of Trees
T1. A multi-stemmed Eucalyptus tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary close to the bottom of the rear garden. The tree is a little open and wide spreading.
T2. A Pittosporum tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary midway down the rear garden. The tree is a little tall and dense.
T3. A small Pittosporum tree approximately 6m in height, situated opposite on the right-hand side boundary. The tree is a little tall and dense.
T4. A Bay tree approximately 2.5m in height, situated on the front boundary adjacent to South Croxted Rd and to the right of the entrance. The tree is badly sited.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood, lifting low branches and necessary re-shaping. The height and basic shape should be retained. It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.
T2. Reduce in height by up to 40% including the removal of dead wood, lifting low branches, and necessary re-shaping.
T3. Reduce in height by up to 2m including the removal of dead wood, lifting low branches, and necessary re-shaping.
T4. Remove and the roots grubbed out.
Details of Replacement Required
None. A replacement tree is not necessary as the front garden is well stocked with vegetation
