Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Silver Birch tree approximately 9m in height, situated 3.5m from the house on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little wide spreading.

T2.          A Silver Birch tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.

T3.          A Silver Birch tree approximately 9m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden, to the right of an Oak tree.  The tree is a little out of shape due to the presence of the Oak tree.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Lightly thin by 15% including the removal of dead wood and necessary shortening of branches encroaching towards the property.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T2.          One low branch encroaching over the adjoining garden to be trimmed back to the main trunk.

T3.          Lightly thin by 15% including the removal of dead wood and necessary shortening of branches arching over in the upper crown.
