Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         A False Acacia tree approximately 10m in height, situated close to the house on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little low growing.

T2.         A Laburnum tree approximately 4m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the front garden.  The tree is dead.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Lightly thinned by 15% including the removal of dead wood and lifting of low branches.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.

T2.         Remove and the root grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement tree is not necessary as as there is a very large Plane tree in the adjacent verge.
