Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.                          A Bay tree approximately 2m in height.

S1.                          A Pyracantha shrub/tree approximately 3m in height, situated against the front wall of the left-hand bay window.  The shrub/tree is too close.

H1, H2 & H3        A Privet hedge approximately 3m to 4m in height, situated around the whole perimeter of the front garden.

Description of Approved Works

T1.                          Remove.

T2.                          Remove and the roots grubbed out.

H1, H2 & H3        Reduce to a maximum height of 1.5m with the side growth clipped to a vertical line.
