Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 4688       A Magnolia tree approximately 2m in height, situated in the front garden.

Tree ID 4687       A Yew tree approximately 3m in height, situated in the rear garden.

Tree ID 4686       A Leylandii (Hedge) approximately 9.5m in height, situated in the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 4688       Fell and stump grind.

Tree ID 4687       Remove.

Tree ID 4686       Reduce in height to 2.5m to approximately 7m in height and reface.  Perpetual Licence to maintain at reduced height.

Details of Replacement Required

Tree ID 4688       As a condition of the removal of the above, three replacement trees are to be planted in the front garden and below is the agreed specie:

Lime Tilia trees                

Tree ID 4687       Tree replacement required by March 2026.  Wildlife friendly species essential.
