Species and Location of Tree

A Yew tree approximately 4m in height, situated close to the property on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is poorly shaped and sited too close to the house.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the roots grubbed out where possible.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement tree is not necessary as the garden is well stocked with a variety of trees.
