Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         An Ash tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the left-hand side of the rear garden.

T2.         A Hornbeam tree approximately 11m in height, situated further down the left-hand side of the rear garden adjacent to the Silver Birch tree.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         To control size and retain a natural look three of the largest upright branches to be removed at a suitable junction lower down the stem together with the dead wood. Remaining growth to be retained to for a smaller tree.

T2.         To control size and improve light penetration the crown to be thinned by up to 20% including the removal of some longer growths on top to naturally manage the height without visible cuts on top.
