Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

T1.         A Cherry tree approximately 9m in height, situated midway along the right-hand side boundary of the front garden.  The tree is badly sited.

T2.         A twin-stemmed Maple tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary close to the driveway off Nairn Grove.

T3.         An Elder tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the left-side boundary of the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Remove and the stump ground out.

T2.         The tree should be retained in its present form, although an adjacent rose bush should be removed.

T3.         Remove

Details of Replacement Required

None.  Replacement trees are not necessary as the area as a whole is well stocked with mature trees.
