Species and Location of Tree

A Horse Chestnut tree approximately 18m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the front garden.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading over the roof of the adjacent property at 163 Rosendale Road.

Description of Approved Works

Remove all foliage up to a height of approximately 8m to provide a clear stem and remove branches overhanging the roof of no 163 Rosendale Road.  Dead wood in the upper crown should also be removed.
