Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Wild Plum tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little wide-spreading and out of shape.

T2.          A Cypress tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated in the centre of the garden.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          One large bough encroaching towards the rear of no.7 is cut back to the main trunk together with a light thinning of the remaining crown and trimming back from the house as necessary.

T2.          Remove by severing at ground level.
