Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         An unidentified tree approximately 4m in height, situated in the front garden outside the door.  The tree is dead.

T2.         An Oak tree approximately 9m in height, situated to the left of the front gates.

T3.         An evergreen Oak tree approximately 4m in height, situated adjacent to (T2) above.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Remove.

T2.         Remove epicormic growth on lower 3m of stem.

T3.         Remove.

Details of Replacement Required

T1.         As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree should be planted along the middle of the property frontage and below are the three alternative species for consideration:

Pinus sylvestris                              (Scots Pine)

Ginkgo biloba                                (Maidenhair tree)

Tilia tomentosa Petiolaris                (Silver Pendant Lime)

The new tree should be planted with a stem girth of between 10-12cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 3m.

T3.         A replacement is not necessary as the garden is well stocked with trees.
