Species and Location of Trees
T1. A Lime tree approximately 22m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden. The tree is a little dense and wide-spreading.
T2. An oddly shaped Cherry tree approximately 9m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden. The tree is a little dense and wide-spreading.
T3. A Cherry tree approximately 5m in height, situated close to the rear of the house on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Crown thin by 25% including the removal of dead wood and necessary shortening of long lateral branches. The height and basic shape should be retained.
T2. Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and the removal of one large and low growing branch encroaching over the neighbouring garden in order to redress the balance. The height and basic shape should be retained.
T3. Lightly thin and re-shape.
