Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         A Lime tree approximately 23m in height, situated on the left-hand side of the rear garden.

T2.         A Holly tree approximately 8m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.

T3.         A Fig tree approximately 8m in height, situated at the end of the rear garden.

T4.         A Hazel tree approximately 5m in height, situated at the end of the rear garden by gate to the second garden.

T5.         A Mimosa tree approximately 4m in height, situated in the middle of the second garden.

T6.         A Cherry tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the left-hand side of the lower garden.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Crown lift lower branches over garden of 133 without leaving any large wounds on main stem (cut to growth points on branches). Deadwood removal.

T2.         Remove.

T3.         Reduce branches overhanging neighbour at 137 by 2.5m.

T4.         Remove deadwood.

T5.         Reduce by 1m and lift off garden structure.

T6.         Crown lift to achieve 3.5m clearance, leaving branch attached at 2m height origin on main stem which could also be reduced by 2-3m to force its suppression.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement tree is not necessary as the garden is well stocked with trees.
