Sydenham Hill, 135
Proposal:
Species and Location of Trees
T1. An Oak tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the side boundary with Sydenham Hill and is overhanging the main road.
T2. A small Holly and Hawthorn tree, both approximately 7.5m in height, situated adjacent to the driveway.
T3. A Camellia tree approximately 6m in height, situated close to the right-hand flank wall of the house. The tree is a little too tall for its location.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Low branches to be lifted to provide a clearance of 6m over the road, and 3m over the public footpath. The crown should be thinned by approximately 20% at the leaning side in order to try and redress the balance together with the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping. The basic shape should be retained.
T2. Branches overhanging the drive to be trimmed back as necessary including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.
T3. The tree to be reduced in height by up to 1.5m and the side growth rounded off to form a more compact specimen.
